Trim Life is not a diet program. It is a 6-week integrated group hypnotherapy weight release program that utilizes mindfulness, hypnosis and journaling to empower you to manage hunger and weight by working with mind, body and spirit.
Participants will learn to utilize mindfulness,hypnosis and journaling to manage hunger and weight. We will utilize educational and experiental components to develop a new relationship with food and experience a sense of enthusiasm, rather than deprivation around nourishing our bodies.
Please bring a yoga mat. The $50 materials fee is included in this price and those materials you take home weekly and are yours to keep at the end of the program.
